Barbara Reece Calloway Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2025, at the age of 89, Barbara Reece Calloway of Granite Falls, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father George Reece; her grandmother Lou Riggan Reece; her siblings, Richard Reece, Eddy Reece and Margaret Calhoun; her son Michael H. Calloway; and her grandchild Shelly Stanley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Gale Allen (Jeff) and Connie Ann Robinson (Don); her daughter-in-law Gail Calloway; and her grandchildren, Brent Edwards (Christy), Jason Calloway, Adam Calloway (Meredith), Cole Robinson (Chelcee), Noah Bradshaw (Heather), Joshua Robinson, Ashley Robinson, Ashley Hammons (Kurt), Zeke Helms and John David Hardin (family: Brayden Powell, Gracelyn Stansfield, Hunter Helms, Hazel Hammons, Andi Calloway, Thatcher Calloway, Hope Edwards, Parker Edwards, Thea Edwards, Nathaniel Robinson, Caleb Bradshaw, Nova Lee Bradshaw, Kaitlyn Bradshaw, Payton Thomas, Karlee Thomas). She is also survived by family.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greer-McElveen Funeral Home and Crematory (725 Wilkesboro Blvd NE, Lenoir, NC 28645).
