We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2023, at the age of 34, Amanda Marie Smith of Granite Falls, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jearl Smith and Shirley Smith; and her great-grandparents, Plez Smith, Lonia Smith, George Nichols and Beulah Nichols.
She is survived by: her parents, Jearl "Richard" Smith and Deborah Whittington Smith of Granite Falls; her children, Ashton Hollice Smith and Jaylan Jean Helton; her brother Christopher Richard Smith (Jackie) of Hudson; her grandparents, Elmer and Ann Guinn of Lenoir; and her nieces and nephews, Dylan Boyle (Kaylee), Ashlynne Smith and Storm Smith. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
