He was predeceased by: his parents, David Garnett, Sr. and Grace Knick (Coble); and his siblings, David Garnett Knick, Jr. and Lindy Elizabeth Knick. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hamilton Knick of Grandy; his children, William Anthony "Tony" Knick (Christy Gray) and Emma Grace of Manassas, Virginia; his sister Louise Carter (Walter) of Mineral, Virginia; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Knick of Atlantic Beach. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, including a special great niece.
