She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Wiseman and Gayle Duffy Hill; and her husband Johnny Melvin Owens. She is survived by: her children, Karene Butler (Kevin) of Grandy, NC, Johnna Keane, Jaline LaPlante, Gerald Owens of Grandy, NC and James Owens (Maria) of Kitty Hawk, NC; her sisters, Melody Campbell and Pattie Litsey; and her daughter-in-law Shawn Owens (Paul). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
