She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ann Puckett (Elam); and her sister Christine Puckett. She is survived by: her father Paul Puckett; her children, Brandon Vinson (Diana) of Grandy, NC, Cody Lewis of Moyock, NC, Danielle Lewis (Ross) of Currituck, NC and Emily Lewis (Joey) of Currituck, NC; her grandchildren, Kayden Vinson, Rylan Vinson, Mackenzie Lewis, Braxton Harper, Elijah Lewis, Emerson Harper, Asher Justice, Rowan Lewis and Grayson Harper; and her siblings, Brent Puckett (Jody) of Effingham, IL, Mary Beth Denton (Dave) of Pana, IL, Denise Snow (Nelson) of Assumption, IL, Carla Thompson (Hoss) of Pana, IL and Annette Borders (Gary). She is also survived by her children & grandchildren.
