She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph E. Casper. She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Casper (Danny) of Nags Head, Shelia Hinkle (Bill) of Manteo, Tammy Watters (Joe) of Grandy and Billie Jo Casper of Grandy; and her siblings, Bob Mansfield of Suffolk, VA and Sue Crocker of Windsor, VA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Georgia's name may be made to Albemarle Home Health and Hospice.
