She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Abner Bagby and Margie Francis Persinger Higginbotham; and her husband Ronald Ray Wheatley. She is survived by: her children, Melinda Kim McIntosh (Bob) of Grandy, NC, Deborah Lynn Bateman (Tim) of Shawboro, NC, David Fronius of Grandy, NC and George Fronius of Hudson, NC; and her sisters, Mary Perry, Linda Tuttle and Charlene Simmons. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
