We are sad to announce that on October 9th 2019 , at the age of 87, Veto Purcell Sr. (Grandfather, North Carolina) passed away. Left behind grandchildren of 4, Michael Santiago, David Santiago, Sarah Figueroa, and Christie Santiago. Veto had three beloved children , Marissa Purcell, Glenda Purcell, and Rose Purcell.
