He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Watkins, Joshua Watkins, Felix Gullett Jr., Eva Scott and Rebecca Durant.
He is survived by: his wife Marnette; his children, Mitchell Colston (Deborah), Deborah Gullett, Donna Gullett and Charles Gullett Jr.; his sibling Naomi Dulaney; and his grandchildren, Sharita (Eric), Jarrod, Brianna, Kaitlyn, Ariel, Courtney, Charles II and Morgan.
