He is survived by: his daughter Sandy Lewis; his grandchildren, Alexis Hatch, Austin Lewis, Jaylan Lewis and Jaydan Lewis; his great grandchild Landon King; his sister Laura Hill Tamera (Jerry Hill); his nieces and nephews, Crystal Bailey Nicole (Billy Bailey), Jennifer Cook, Rickey Cook and Dustin Cook; and his great-nephew Brantley Townsend.
