He was predeceased by: his parents, William McAdams and Kathleen McAdams; and his wife Katie. He is survived by: his siblings, William "Billy" McAdams of Mebane, NC, Harold Thomas McAdams (Annette) of South Boston and Mitzi McAdams Keller (Ray) of Winston Salem, NC. He is also survived by 2 nephews, 3 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
