It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Walker Rimer (Graham, North Carolina), who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy "Doc" Walker and Minnie Riley Walker; her siblings, Lacy Howard Walker, Myrtle Vaughn and Christine Allison; and her great grandchild Angel Young.
She is survived by: her husband Ben H. Rimer; her children, Diane Young (Roger) and Alan Curt Rimer (Donna) of Mebane; her sister Elaine Walker; her grandchildren, Steve Young (Amanda), Michael Rimer and Heather Hammond (John); and her great grandchildren, Emily, Wyatt Young, Aly and Jackson Hammond.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Christian Church Building Fund or to a charity of your choice.
