She is survived by: her husband Phillip Daniel Thomas; her children, Daniel Wayne Thomas (Sarah), Brandon Dee Thomas (Trish), Caleb Bradley Thomas, James Warren Thomas (Stacey) and Elisha Thomas Wheeler (Bobby); her siblings, Cheryl Damise Foust and James Dennis Foust; and her nephews, James Matthew Thomas, Johnathon Christopher Thomas and James Nathaniel Foust.
