He is survived by: his parents, Amanda van Halem and Patrick Guerrero; his sister Harley Guerrero; his grandfather Nicholas Guerrero; his aunts and uncles, John van Halem Jr. (Saralyn), Rebecca van Halem (Matthew), Trever van Halem (Hannah), Jessica Rushe and Steven Guerrero; and his cousins, Chance, Alexis, Colten, Maggie, Carson and Dante.
