He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Marie Miller (Mc Connell). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Levine Miller; his sons, Damon and Logan; his brothers, Edward Donald Miller Jr. (Cindy) and Michael Miller (Cheryl); his sister-in-law Lori Levine (Robert Woodward); his mother-in-law Kathleen Dege; his niece Danielle D Rodgers (Terry); and his nephews, Michael R. Miller Jr. (Tobi), Donald E Miller (Beth) and Matthew S. Miller. He is also survived by 5 great-nieces and nephews.
