Sam Spurlock Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sam Spurlock (Graham, North Carolina), who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 15, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Scott and Michelle; his brother Will; and his grandparents, Norma, Carl, Jacquie Spurlock, Lola, Greg Williamson, Mark Monroe and Barbara Miles.
Sam started to struggle with depression and anxiety during the pandemic. The pandemic isolation coincided with his coming of age and the need for close friends and social contact.
