He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Morell (Brian), Tom Briggs (Donna), Scott Briggs (Sara), Lisa Briggs, Denise Rascoe (Mark) and Paul Briggs (Paige); his siblings, Gene Gay and Glenn Briggs; his grandchildren, Anna Meadows (Josh), Jonathan Briggs, Andrew Briggs (Kristen), Aaron Briggs (Leah), Alex Briggs, Victoria Briggs, Sean Rascoe, Alina Briggs, Sabrina Rascoe, Luke Briggs, Molly Briggs, Lacy Briggs and Mia Briggs; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Briggs, Levi Briggs and Kayla Briggs.
