He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Bulla and Myrtle Hester Bulla; his wife Marcelle Allen Bulla; and his granddaughter Erica Bulla Roark. He is survived by: his children, Denise Heckman (Mike) and Wesley Bulla (Deborah); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Hackim (Tim), Daymien Dellinger (Alton), Michael Heckman (Lisa), Sarah Greeson (Todd), Brian Heckman (Cassie), Marcie Bulla and Gray Bulla; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie Heckman, Teagan Hackim, Case Dellinger, Ava Leigh Brewer, Max Roark, Sawyer Heckman and Barrett Heckman.
