He is survived by: his wife Kathy Holt Murray; his brothers-in-law, Craven Holt (Dawn) and Billy Holt (Angie); his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Murray (Rebecca), Justen Murray (Kara), B. J. Holt (Whitney), Justin Holt, Brittany H. Hutchens (Bradley) and Courtney H. Bender (Justin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cullen Murray, Caison Holt, Layla Murray, Kinley Holt, Ava Holt and Bralynn Hutchens; his cousin Mary Ellen Andrews; and his friend Danny McPherson.
