He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Felix Williams Sr. and Brenda Kay Coble Williams. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Williams Moody of Graham, Raymond Felix "Luke" Williams, III of Asheboro and Tabitha Williams of Knightdale; his grandchildren, Haley Elizabeth Moody, Jasmine Loraine Moody, Jacob Haire, Ashyln Haire, Anberlyn Sloan and Jenna Johnson; his siblings, Joseph Edward Williams and Pam Smith Grubb; and the mother of his children Jeanee Williams.
