He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roland Stockard and Nellie Reavis Stockard; and his sister Carol Fray. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Cantrell Stockard; his children, Susan Stockard Reed (Russell) and Reavis Stockard (Rita); his grandchildren, Matthew Reed, Kevin Reed, Stephanie Henry, Christopher Stockard (Ayla Dunn), Sabrina Henry and Bellamy Rocchi (Trysten); and his brother William "Bill" Stockard (Eva).
