She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cash and Mettie Laws Cash; her spouse Gilmer Eugene Hawk; her son Michael Eugene Hawk; and her siblings, Nellie Ball, Paul Cash, Alma Hunt, Vera Smith, Fannie Mae Porterfield, Lorena Boswell, Pauline Hawkins and Charlie Lee Cash.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Hawk Dodson (Larry) and Teresa Hawk Crissman (Mark); her grandchildren, Sabrina (Greg Hardin), David (Christina Hawk), Susanne (Al Simons) and Shore Crissman; her great grandchildren, Claire Simons, Austin Simons, Zoie Norris, Trey Oliver, Makaila Hawk and Jeremiah Hawk; her great great grandchildren, Landon and Colton Oliver; her half-siblings, Lester Cash (Ada) and Brenda Eyl (Arland); and her sister-in-law Annabelle Cash. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
