She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne McClung and Mary Cooper McClung; and her daughter Joyce Ingram Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Edward M. Ingram; her son Michael; her son-in-law Scott Perkins; her grandchildren, Lucy Perkins Phelps (Luke), Elle Perkins King (Earl) and Luke Andrew Perkins (Leah) of Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Finley, Evelyn, Navy Phelps, Huck and Graham King; her sister Jane Dickens (Charles) of Asheville; and her nieces, Anne and Pat.
Due to the risk of exposure to COVID 19, face coverings and social distancing are required for those attending the services.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Joyce Ingram Perkins memorial scholarship fund at Robbinsville High School 301 Sweetwater Rd. Robbinsville, NC 28771.
