She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Moore and Clara Rea Moore; her husband Wayne Carter; her son Josh Carter; and her sisters, Donna Barnes and Ebbie Mann.
She is survived by: her daughter Rea Carter; her siblings, Gary Moore (Harriet), Ray Moore (Kathy) and Sandy Wightman (David); and her brothers-in-law, Sammy Barnes and Elliott Mann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
