It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Williams Wood (Graham, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Lynn Wood, Sr.; and her parents, Jack P. Williams, Sr. and Elizabeth Morton Williams. She is survived by: her son Joe Lynn Wood, Jr. (Judy Embler) of Graham; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Starr Wood (Dan Simolke) of Lower Manhattan, NY and Rebecca Wood Black (Kolton) of Liberty; her great grandchild Emmilia "Emmi" Amberlynn Black; her siblings, Judy Morton Williams and Jack P. Williams, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Linda Wood Johnson and Steve Wood (Vicki); and her nephews, Trey Williams (Nicole) and Bryan Wood (Jenny).
