She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Scott Crutchfield; her parents, Harvey Homer Dodson and Betty Tapp Dodson; her son Daniel Mack "Dan" Crutchfield; and her siblings, Grady Dodson, Homer Dodson, Alfred Dodson and Ann Joyce.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda C. Proctor (Mike) of Graham; her daughter-in-law Sheila Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Jonathan Crutchfield (Lindsay), Jason Crutchfield, Dennis Proctor (Christa) and Erin Scott; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Logan, Natalie Crutchfield, Lacey and Jaden Scott; and her sister Carolyn Wade.
