She is survived by: her sons, Gary Franklin Crutchfield, Curtis Lee Crutchfield and Christopher Lee Crutchfield (Cristina Crutchfield); her stepdaughter Denise Hilton Peacock; her grandchildren, Keith, Kyle, Austin, Michael, Christopher, Christian, Cameron Crutchfield, Dulce and Cassidy Peacock; and her siblings, Sharon Phillips, Linda B. Love, Dale Rhew and Larry Rhew. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
