She was predeceased by: her husband William Loy; and her sisters, Betty Collins and Elizabeth Webster. She is survived by: her children, Thomas N. Loy of Graham and Yvonna L. Carter of Greensboro; her grandchildren, Brandon Dixon (April) of Colfax, Christopher Carter (Jessica) of Maryland, Farrell Carter of Texas and Amanda L. Rigsbee (Paul) of Timberlake; her great grandchildren, Caitlyn Dixon of Colfax and Paisley Rigsbee of Timberlake; and her siblings, Dot Isley of Graham, Bobby Helm of Graham, Kenneth Helm of Graham and Elsie Hall. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
