She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison J. Rowe and Mabel E. Carlton Rowe; her siblings, Minnie L. Rowe, Jettie Rowe Mason and Jimmie L. Rowe; and her nephew Kent A. Rowe.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Kathleen Rowe Whittington (Joseph); her nephew Dr. James Rowe; her nieces, Lolita Rowe Hargrave (Ron), Evangeline Rowe Campbell (Eric Mayes) and Melissa Dawn Rowe; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler Rowe (Ashley), Dallas Campbell (Heidi), Ryan Hargrave (Danielle), TyLisa Miller (Tiewon), Khloé Rowe and Kaitlin Rowe; and also, Braydon Rowe, Jamison Rowe, Maliek Campbell, Malachi Hargrave, KJ Rowe-Dunn, McKenzie Campbell and Tatum Hargrave.
