She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Franklin "Tommy" Lineberry; her parents, Dubert Johnson and Lora Andrews Self; and her brother Dennis Wayne Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Octavia Hutchins (Allen), Debbie Holmes (Rick), Rhonda Nance (Donnie) and Steve Lineberry (Betty); her siblings, Kenneth Johnson (Linda) and Connie Self; and her sister-in-law Jo Johnson. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riverside Baptist Church, 1568 E. Harden St. Graham, NC 27253.
