She is survived by: her husband Edward "Ed" Simmons, Sr.; and her siblings, Jennifer Hull of Jacksonville, Mary Lee Shelton (Marty) of California, John Hull of Jacksonville and Dick Hull (Lisa) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
