She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jimmy Lyon, Betty Jo Hance and Janice Williams; her former husband Melvin Douglas Smith; her son Doug Smith; and her daughter-in-law Julie Holt.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Holt; and her sons, Mark Smith (Kimberly), Timothy Smith (Monica) and Michael Holt Jr.. She is also survived by 10 grand children and 6 great-grand children.
