He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jimmy Fogleman and Tommy Fogleman. He is survived by: his wife Carol Johnson Fogleman; his children, Kim Fogleman Del Favero and Angie Fogleman Hayes; his sons-in-law, Don Del Favero and Hal Hayes; his grandchildren, Tyler Schofer, Natalie Hayes Poe, Jonathan Hayes (Madelyn), Lanie Schofer, Caroline Schofer and David Hayes; and his son Joseph D. Fogleman (Evelyn Robertson Fogleman).
