It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Emory Gambill of Graham, North Carolina, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Emory Parks; his grandparents, Lou, Lois Gambill, Lon and Chessie Bower; and his sister Nancy Jean Gambill.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Miller Gambill; his wife Melissa Curtis Gambill; his siblings, Lori Trent (Will), Daniel Gambill (Debra), Pamela Gambill-Tomalis (Felix), Mark Gambill and George Gambill (Carrie); and his stepson Tyler Curtis (Curtis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
