He was predeceased by: his brothers, James Smithey, Paul Smithey and Wade Smithey. He is survived by: his son Gary Smithey (Chrystal); his grandchildren, Gavin Smithey and Chandler Webster; and his siblings, Betty Smith, Billie Jean Barrett, Judy Bowes and Bobby Smithey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
