She is survived by: her sons, Keith Porterfield (Sheila) of Graham and Jeffrey Porterfield (Sandy) of Burlington; and her grandchildren, Brooke Porterfield of Elon and Brian Porterfield of Burlington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
