He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Baldwin Sr. and Blannie Lee Baldwin (Nickerson); and his siblings, Billy, James Baldwin and Helen Baldwin.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica Baldwin; his daughters, Tammy Johnson, Jill Baldwin, Julie Baldwin, Jessica Baldwin and Justine Baldwin; his brothers, David Baldwin, Robert Baldwin, Danny Baldwin and Howard Baldwin; and his grandchildren, Christian Johnson, Autumn Baldwin, Ethan Adeloye, Sarah MokokoMokeba, Isaic Maneely and Lily Maneely.
