He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lester and Ida May Wood Bruner; and his siblings, Lester Bruner, Winford Bruner, Smith Wayne Bruner, John Henry Bruner, J. B. Bruner, Bobby Bruner, Sally Eden and Betty Bruner-Love.
He is survived by: his former wife Pamela K. Bruner; his wife Pam; his daughter Robin Hill; his son-in-law Gary Hill, Jr.; his son Harold Stephen Bruner; his grandsons, Tanner, Trent and Tyler Hill; and his brother Charlie Bruner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
