He is survived by: his wife Doris Burnette; his son Kevin Tyrone Mebane; and his siblings, Larry Mebane (Marvia) of Axton, Virginia, Leon Mebane (Myrtis) of Jacksonville, Alabama, Kenneth Mebane of Graham and Naomi Ingram (Wesley) of Elon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
