He is survived by: his parents, Solon Farmer Turner and Effie Neville Turner Duncan; his stepson Ernest Earl Duncan; his children, Tim Lee Turner of Burlington, Mark Lynn Turner (Lynda) of Cedar Grove and Leslie Turner Elliott of Midlothian, VA; and his sister Maxine McCauley. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
