He is survived by: his children, Blair Rice (Kirk) and Frank Odell Gunter, III (Barbara); his grandchildren, David Gunter Rice (Alex Mendoza Rice), Colton Taylor Rice and Charlotte Sterling Rice; and his great grandchild Theo David Rice.
