With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Allene Bell Robertson (Graham, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2024 at the age of 99. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Edward Bell and Mamie Harder Bell; and her siblings, Raymond Bell, Vivian Gunter, Edna Bell and Joe Bell.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Jo Carter (James Dees); her pet Hootza; and also, Jo Lene Carter (Bill), Franci R. Lucas (Frank), Robin D. Robertson (Sandra Gulbreth) and Renn F. Robertson (Nikki). She is also survived by animals, especially cats and dogs.
