With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elgie Bowes (Graham, North Carolina), who passed away on August 1, 2018 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by five step children from a previous marriage; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a special memory to Rev. Roscoe Billings who helped Elgie along the way; several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wife Phyllis.
