She was predeceased by: her husband William Walter "Bill" Isenberg; her parents, Roy Amon and Kathryn Appleby Lear; and her sister Kathryn Heath. She is survived by: her children, Pam Carter and Ray Isenberg (Barbara) of Snow Camp; her grandchildren, Shawn Carter (Brandi), Stacy Jones (James), Marc Carter (Stasie), Kerry Carter, Jr. and Danny Carter; and her siblings, Elizabeth Ison of Indiana, Carol Kimberly (Stretch) of Florida, Sandra Kyler (Bernie) of Pennsylvania and Leonard Moist (Elaine) of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
