She was predeceased by: her parents, James Worth Alderman Sr. and Edith Starnes Alderman; her siblings, Faye Alderman and James Alderman Jr.; and her great grandchild Elijah McKinney.

She is survived by: her sons, Todd McKinney (Stephanie) and Gary McKinney (Tammy); her grandchildren, Isleigh McKinney, Karson McKinney, Kyle McKinney and Gary McKinney Jr.; her great grandchild Holden McKinney; her brother Roger Alderman (Darlene); her nieces, Angie Hunt, April Dishner and Amy Riley; and her nephew Michael Alderman.
