He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Holt and Joy Bell Layton Holt. He is survived by: his spouse Gerelda Shepherd Holt; his children, Julie Parrish (Ron), Lee Holt and Kerry Holt (Sharon); his grandsons, Kyle Holt, Shawn Holt, Josh Parrish (Ashlyn) and Jacob Parrish; his stepgranddaughter Casey Parrish; and his sister Carolyn Starling (Bill).
