He was predeceased by: his parents, D. L. Johnson and Margaret Johnson (Woody) of Graham, NC. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor L. Johnson; his brother Gary L. Johnson (Jane) of Cary; his sons, D. Duane Johnson (Mindy) of Winston Salem and Bryan W. Johnson of Gibsonville; and his grandchildren, Mary Chapman Johnson of Nashville, TN, Kathryn W. Johnson (Katie) of Winston Salem and Mason L. Johnson of Gibsonville.
