He is survived by: his children, Cindy Holmes Severa (Mark) and Jeffrey Holmes (Carrie Caligan); and his grandchildren, Justin Forbes of Graham, Hanna Myers (Austin) of Reidsville, Braxton Holmes of Graham and Jake Holmes (Kristen) of Harmony, FL..
