He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Gene Clark; his children, Peyton Brook and Daniel Jr.; and his grandparents, Christine Denton, Wiley Clark, Bob and Meredith Foote.

He is survived by: his mother Susan Foote Clark; his son Michael James Clark; his brother James Wiley Clark (Laura); and his nephews, Andrew, Matthew and Caleb. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
