He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry E. Mills Sr. and Dorothy Mills (Dot); and his sister Debbie Brown. He is survived by: his brother Buddy (Peggy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nephews/nieces, and many special friends.
